Healthcare CSR | with 21K Signing Bonus

ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Healthcare CSR to join our rapidly expanding team. Responsibilities:

• Manage email inbox and respond to provider inquiries
• Process referrals to clinicians
• Assist employees with general inquiries
• Coordinate patient/client intake
• Provide administrative support, including help with provider schedules, referrals, and inquiries

• At least 6 months experience handling a healthcare account (Intake Coordinator)
• With experience in coordinating with providers and clinicians
• Good verbal & written English skills
• Proficient with MS Tools
• Amenable working onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Willing to work night shifts
