Qualifications:

• Graduate of business school (ideally in Hospitality management)
• Experience in Hotel operations/ back office
• Strong writing skills and ability to assimilate data into concise and erudite reports
• Highly numerate and competent with Excel spreadsheet modeling
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
• Willingness to travel
• Fluency in English (written and oral) – a second language would be a plus (German)

Task Description:

• Developing contacts with regional investors, lenders and developers
• Creating feasibility studies & concept studies
• Preparing Hotel valuations
• Running Hotel operator selections
• Preparing operational review and asset management
• Advising within Hotel investments (sale/purchase mandates)
• Preparing commercial due diligence
• Preparing Marketing collaterals
