POEA Job Position: Hvac Cost Engineer

Location: South Korea

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Interested applicants must possess at least 5 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT
• CONSTRUCTION (i.e. Oil and Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical).
• 3 or more years of experience in Estimation and Quotation of Plant construction of HVAC.
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Fluent in English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysis of construction plan; Feasibility of subeontractor’s construction schedule; HVAC Drawing
• Review and BOQ Analysis; Review of Duct Manufacturing Method
• Feasibility Study for material procurement; Subcontractor’s Reasonal Direct & Indirect Cost in construction plan; Comparision costs and Manpower, etc among subcontractors
• Ability to compose/review the Documents in construction such as Method statement and/or procedures
• Method/Procedures statement Analysis of construction plan
