POEA Job Position: I. T. Technical Support

Location: Saudi Arabia

Qualifications / Responsibilities:

• Performs general problem solving and assistance on tracking and fleet management system software applications and hardware systems for Tawasul users
• Provides individual and/or group instructions and training to users on new or updated technologies.
• Performs varied technical assistance and maintenance duties; maintains and updates record keeping system; documents projects; writes and maintains user instructions.
• Performs moderately advanced technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep systems; may troubleshoot and resolve moderately tracker hardware, and software.
• Participates in the review, evaluation and recommendation of solutions relating to hardware and software acquisitions and/or updates.
• Serves as primary project member on technology projects with moderate scope and impact may provide guidance and integration of other staff work.
• Performs the configurations and maintenance of trackers such as TELTONIKA devices, and other related equipment and devices.
• Attending an online trackers / devices training and presentation.
