Qualifications:
• Atleast 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or fast-food environment is
preferred
• Formal culinary or pastry education is a plus
• Solid knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and ingredient pairings.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet fast service requirements.
• Creative flair for presentation and decoration of pastries.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Description:
• Menu Creation:
• Develop and create a diverse range of pastry items, including cakes, pastries, confections, and plated desserts.
• Baking and Preparation:
• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, muffins, and other treats, while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Ensure efficient production of pastries to meet fast service demands.
• Collaborate with the team to design cake and dessert menu
• Visual Appeal:
• Use creative presentation techniques to make pastries visually attractive and enticing for customers.
• Pay attention to detail in decorating and garnishing pastries to enhance their appeal.
• Speed and Efficiency:
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, producing high-quality pastries quickly and efficiently.
• Manage time effectively to meet demand during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
• Ingredient Management:
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure the availability of necessary ingredients and supplies
for pastry production.
• Monitor inventory and communicate timely replenishment needs.

• Quality Control:
• Maintain consistent taste and texture in pastries, conducting regular taste tests and quality
checks.
• Address any discrepancies or deviations from established recipes promptly.
• Kitchen Hygiene and Safety:
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized pastry
preparation area.
• Train and guide kitchen staff in safe food handling practices.
