QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate
• Male or Female
• Not more than 45 years old
• With at least 2 years of proven experienced for the same position or supervisory position.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs/applications.
• Working knowledge of various cleaning methods.
• Must have good interpersonal attributes. A candidate that gets along easily with people (easily approachable)
• Good communication skills in speaking, writing & listening.
