QUALIFICATIONS:
• With a minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience in 4 to 5-star Hotels or
Fine Dining Japanese Fusion Restaurants.
• Must have Certificates of Employment and pertinent Training Certificates to support
above work experience requirements.
• 28-35 years old / Preferably Male
• Relevant experience in authentic Japanese cuisine & Japanese Fusion dishes.
• Food Safety Training Certificate (ISO022000 preferred)
• Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
• Create a rich sushi menu with various main ingredients and raw fish
• Culinary diploma from an accredited school
• Ability to work both fast and accurately while under pressure during peak times
• Pre-opening of high-volume operations is an advantage
• Hands-on, cuisine-oriented primary skill set
• Good understanding of food cost, calculation and management
• Quality management and quality control
• With a good and pleasing personality
• Newly renewed passport
• Good English communication skills
SALARY & BENEFITS:
• Salary starts at P95,000.00 gross monthly
Thirty-eight (38) Hours per week, 5 Working Days + 2 Days Off
• Two (2) years contract, renewable
•Free food provided at the hotel for all 3 meals, day off included.
