Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Job Description:
• Can do Implementation of the operation standard, supervising crew working in his shift and monitor
their performance.
• Can Supervise the performance of the team members on daily basis to maintained brand standard,
guest experience and food safety.
• Can do Participating in the team members training and development in order to enhance their
performance, Food Safety, Inventory management, Cash Management.
• Can comply with all process and procedures in operations and compliance with company internal
regulations and rules of the RSA labour law.
• Can Performs other duties as required by the restaurant manager.
• Can Spread teamwork and customer mania spirit among the team. and ensuring that team members
are following safety and security procedures.
• Ensure that preventive maintenance procedures are in place and coordinate with maintenance
department in case of emergencies.
• Coordinate with the restaurant management in receiving raw materials, setting the labor scheduling,
handling cost control. participating in handling customer compliant.
