Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology or related field with major course work in Civil, or Materials Engineering
Eight years of engineering experience in materials testing work including Five years of Managerial position
Ability to physically perform the duties and to work in the environmental conditions required of a position in remote areas.
Fluent English both written and spoken.
Excellent writing skills
Knowledge in ASTM, BS, AASHTO standards
Driving License
