Job Description:
• Supervising and managing the housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance.
• Supervising and managing the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked with supplies
• Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet the established standards.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure that guest needs are met and issues are resolved.
• Developing and managing the housekeeping budget, including ordering supplies and managing inventorv.
• Ensuring that all safety and security procedures are followed by the housekeeping staff.
• Handling guest complaints and resolving issues related to housekeeping services.
• Maintaining records and reports related to housekeeping operations.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to the housekeeping staff.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management.
