Job Description:

• Lead and supervise the underwriting and claims teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
  to ensure accurate and efficient processing of policies and claims.
• Develop and implement underwriting guidelines, policies, and procedures to mitigate risk and
  maintain profitability.
• Evaluate insurance applications, assessing risks, and making sound underwriting decisions.
