POEA Job Position: Meat Industry Assistant
Location: Hungary
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Clean (trim) the chicken breast & thigh
Must be able to clean 4 whole breast fillets or 8 halved breast fillets per minute.
Preparation of high-quality, ready-to-cook breast fillets.
Preferably with experience in a chicken slaughterhouse
Good handling of knives and scissors, quick work, good tolerance for monotony.
Willingness to cooperate in a team.
