POEA Job Position: Meat Industry Assistant

Location: Hungary

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Clean (trim) the chicken breast & thigh
• Must be able to clean 4 whole breast fillets or 8 halved breast fillets per minute.
• Preparation of high-quality, ready-to-cook breast fillets.
• Preferably with experience in a chicken slaughterhouse
• Good handling of knives and scissors, quick work, good tolerance for monotony.
• Willingness to cooperate in a team.
