Location: Canada

Responsibilities:

Manage the company’s Microsoft servers
Manage all communications equipment (firewall, router and other network devices)
Ensure company network security and propose ongoing improvements
Ensure performance, availability, and security of the environment to current policies and maintain monitoring tools
Ensure backup of the servers and periodically test the disaster recovery plan
Manage office desktops and laptops, including configurations and updates
Manage user accesses to the network and MS Office 365
Provide level 1, 2, and 3 support (office and factory) for both hardware and software
Maintain all documentation and business network processes

Skill and Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
MCSE or CISSP certification (an asset)
3 to 5 years experience in IT in a manufacturing environment with servers and network equipment (firewalls, routers, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2019 including management of Active Directory, GPO, file/print server and Terminal server
Excellent knowledge of network and communication principles: DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, TCP/IP routing protocol
Good knowledge of cloud services with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure
Good knowledge of VMWare and Fortinet technologies and products
Good knowledge of Lenovo’s servers and SAN technologies
Detail-oriented, service-oriented, initiative, analytical
Capacity to adapt quickly and good organizational and project management skills
