• Detailed Resume with 2 x 2 photo
• Diploma TOR and RLE
• PRC ID (Valid at least 3 Months)
• Board of Nursing
• Employment Certificate
• Recommendation Letter (at least 2)
• Verified Dataflow Report (Diploma, PRC ID, COE)
• Prometric Exam (1st Timer)
• Saudi Council ID (Ex-Saudi)
• Seminars and Training Certificate (BLS/ACLS)
• DOH Vax Certificate
• NBI Clearance and Passport Copy
