Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Responsible for preparing the following type of Pastry and Sweets:
  • Shortcrust pastries: Sweet Pies and Pie Fillings
  • Croissant and Doughnut Fillings
  • Macrons
  • Choux Pastry: Eclairs
  • Tarts
  • Puff Pastry: Profiteroles
  • Cookies: chocolate chip, amaretti, Biscotti, Oatmeal, etc
  • Brownies
  • Loaf Cakes and Dessert Cakes
  • Cheesecakes: NY Style, baked, Non-Baked, Ricotta, Japanese
  • Muffins
  • Cupcakes
  • Crème Brule
  • Tiramisu
