POEA Job Position: Piping Cost Engineer

Location: South Korea

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Interested applicants must possess at least 3 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT
• CONSTRUCTION (i.e. oil and Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical).
• 3 or more years of experience in Estimation and Quotation of Plant construction of Painting & Insulation
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Fluent in English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysis of Construction Plan; Feasibility of subcontractor’s construction schedule; Subcontractor’s
• Reasonal Direct & Indirect Cost in construction plan
• Comparison costs and Manpower, etc among subcontractors; Ability to compose/review the Documents in construction such as Method statement and/or procedures
• Documentational Skills; Proficient skill in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PPT, etc);
• Method/Procedures statement Analysis of construction plan
