POEA Job Position: Production Engineer

Location: Japan

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires Male or Female applicants
• Candidates must have at least Bachelor’s / College Degree
• Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience for this position
• Tact up and error rate reduction to improve machine performance.
• Machine specification changes for zero downtime, etc.
• Analysis of accumulated operating conditions to improve machine performance.
• Daily and periodic inspections of production equipment, measurement, data input, return to normal operation of production equipment, component replacement, adjustment, and maintenance.
• Machine maintenance and Machine Troubleshooting.
• Experience in process control and improvement.
• Experience in human resources training.
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in working in the shifting (Day and Night).
