• Must have 2 years work experience on the same field
• Must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.

Job Description:

• Manages restaurant bookings and ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
• Maximizes potential booking revenue by following specified selling guidelines.
• Inputs reservations into system within specified time periods.
