POEA Job Position: Roofer

Location: Canada

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have at least 1 year experience as a colege student or graduate of ay vocational courses.
• If you are a HS Graduate only, you must have JITCO/O TIT certificate
• Can read technical drawings or blueprints
• Must have 5 years experience related to the job

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, repair/replace shingles, shakes and other roofing sheet metals/tiles on sloped roof of buildings or houses
• Install sheet metal flashings and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
• Apply waterproof coating to concrete or sheet metal roofing
