• Ratings must have at least 15 months Sea Service worldwide
• Officers must have at least 20 months Sea Service worldwide
• Same Vessel Experience
• Last sign off must not be more than year
• Documents must be complete, valid and on-hand
• No medical history

Ranks required for Bulk, Container, Crude, Oil Tanker, Product Tanker and PCTC:
