Basic Function: The primary objective of the Senior Advisory Support Associate is to partner directly with AI engineers by reviewing, categorizing, and labeling complex client data related to Advisory services, specifically SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliance. This role acts as the critical bridge between auditing standards for service organizations (including Trust Services Criteria and IT General Controls) and machine learning development, ensuring the AI models are trained on accurate, high-quality, and compliant audit data sets. Key Responsibilities: Review, interpret, and accurately label available advisory audit data, SOC control matrices, and system descriptions from clients to build training datasets for AI engineering teams. Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for AI architects and engineers, facilitating seamless communication and translating technical requirements between the SOC advisory domain and machine learning development. Lead, mentor, and provide functional guidance to junior team members on data labeling protocols, SOC 1/SOC 2 compliance standards, and quality assurance processes. Execute high-volume data extraction, format conversion, and workpaper translation from legacy accounting documents into the Fieldguide platform ecosystem. Perform systematic prompt tracking and record precise behavioral variations during iterative AI agent calibration runs. Apply standardized corporate style guides to financial statement production layers, resolving layout anomalies across various client instances. Conducts internal quality assurance reviews on data configuration blocks to guarantee strict attention to detail and zero-error data sets before platform publication. Maintain and update synthetic sales demo files to ensure clean data sets are constantly available to support live client presentations. Translates direct training and complex prompt-engineering instructions from Field guide engineers into standardized internal documentation and training books. Requirements Requirements: Demonstrated ability to perform reviewer-level validation of data packages. Must possess strong document-production discipline, with verifiable experience formatting complex corporate deliverables (financial statements, audit workpapers, pitch decks, or client-facing reports) under rigid brand or firm-specific style standards. Proficiency in navigating advanced spreadsheet structures, database management systems, and specialized financial tech platform configurations. Have excellent analytical and communication skills. Proven ability to accurately interpret complex SOC system descriptions, IT control narratives, flowcharts, and risk control matrices for service organizations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. CPA, CISA, or master’s degree preferred. A minimum of three (3) to four (4) years of direct experience in IT auditing, advisory services, public accounting, or corporate compliance. Exposure to audit engagement workflows is highly desirable. Direct SOC 1 and SOC 2 audit or advisory experience, specifically in testing IT general controls and evaluating Trust Services Criteria (security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy) for service organizations, is preferred.
