Location: Macau

Job Description

• Provide excellent and professional service to all guests, assist on their requests and inquiries, anticipate needs, resolve complaints, and build rapport with the guests
• Liaise with kitchen and beverage teams to maintain a smooth flow of service
• Support restaurant operations in achieving all goals and key performance objectives

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• With relevant work experience in a 5-star hotel.
• Able to speak/ communicate in Mandarin is a plus!
