Qualifications:
• With extensive experience in repair and safety testing of all EWP equipment’s, generator, light towers, welding generators, mobile air compressor
• With experience in overhauling engines, hydraulic pumps and drives, cylinders and control valves,
traction drives, servicing, teardown and assembling, start-up and commissioning of rental fleet equipment.

Job Description:
Travels throughout PNG inspecting, servicing, repairing and signing all EW equipment off as complying with the manufacturers safe working specifications.
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, hydraulic system including resealing in any kind of hydraulic cylinder.
• Replacing defective hoses, overhaul any kind of hydraulic function manifold, traction manifold, hydraulic drive pump, fault finding in hydraulic and electrical system.
• Reads and interprets diagrams and schematic drawings in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, electrical and electronics, analyze faults and carry out repairs.
• Assembling, evaluating, testing and maintaining electrical cabling and electronic components.
• Repairing and replacing defective components in motors, generators, controllers, storage batteries, switchboards, conductors, switches and varied electrical and electronic fixtures.
