• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or any related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 5 years of experience in supermarket management or a similar role
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Inventory Management Software
• Knowledge in retail operation and inventory management
