With 3-years Chef experience in a reputable hotel/ resort/ fine-dining restaurant
Must know and have experience cooking Japanese Food and preparing Sushi dishes; knows how to cook international cuisines is a plus!
Knowledgeable in health & safety standards utilized in food service operations
Knows how to use all kitchen equipment
