POEA Job Position: Sushi Chef

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• With 3-years Chef experience in a reputable hotel/ resort/ fine-dining restaurant
• Must know and have experience cooking Japanese Food and preparing Sushi dishes; knows how to cook international cuisines is a plus!
• Knowledgeable in health & safety standards utilized in food service operations
• Knows how to use all kitchen equipment
• Customer-service oriented & trustworthy
• Excellent English communication skills
