POEA Job Position: Welder Fabricator

Job Description:

• Fabricate and weld stainless steel components for food manufacturing equipment
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy of final product
• Measure and cut materials to specific dimensions, using hand and power tools
• Operate welding equipment to fuse components together and perform finishing tasks such as grinding polishing and buffing
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fabrication, with a focus on food manufacturing and stainless-steel welding
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Ability to measure and cut materials to precise dimensions
• Basic knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
