A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

Join Acquire Intelligence as an Accountant and play a key role in supporting finance functions for a valued client in the property management sector. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to keep financial operations running smoothly, from accounts payable and receivable through to financial reporting and levy management. This is a role for someone who thrives on accuracy, manages competing priorities with ease, and communicates confidently with a range of stakeholders. If you bring strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset, this is a great opportunity to grow your finance career in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate accounts payable and receivable processes while maintaining appropriate segregation of duties
• Issue Levy Notices and Final Fee Notices accurately and on time
• Assist with the preparation and formatting of financial reports for detailed analysis
• Support Owners Corporation Managers and administration teams with levy and aged debtor queries
• Respond to financial inquiries from committees and internal stakeholders
• Manage multiple financial reports simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• A recognised financial qualification is advantageous but not essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word with strong formatting skills
• Exceptionally detail oriented, particularly when working with financial data and reports
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English, with Mandarin skills considered a bonus
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities and delivering accurate work under tight deadlines
