Quick Rundown:
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing core employee lifecycle, employee relations, benefits, performance, and compliance functions at Clark Outsourcing. The role provides HR support to Partner Staff, handles employee concerns and employment changes, maintains accurate records, coordinates performance evaluations, and supports government compliance.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, service-driven, and professional, with the ability to handle confidential matters, manage multiple tasks, and ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
What You’ll Do:
Employee Relations & HR Support

Serve as a welcoming and reliable primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, guidance, and discussions.

Conduct supportive employee touchpoints, offer constructive counseling, and document helpful, agreed-upon action plans.

Help resolve workplace concerns fairly, confidentially, and professionally, escalating matters smoothly whenever needed.
Contract & Database Management
-
Prepare, process, and efficiently track employment contract amendments and status updates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS with proper approvals and care.
Performance & Disciplinary Support
-
Facilitate fair due process for disciplinary matters (NTEs, NODs) with clarity and empathy.

Support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to encourage growth and help team members succeed.

Coordinate evaluation schedules (probationary, annual, etc.) and send friendly reminders to managers for timely completion.
Benefits Administration

Administer statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and manage HMO enrolments, updates, and claims efficiently.

Guide employees through benefit inquiries, loans, reimbursements, maternity/sickness notifications, and salary differentials.
Offboarding & Exit Management

Facilitate smooth offboarding and clearance processes for resignations, contract terminations, and other employment separations.

Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback to identify improvements, and ensure asset turnover and documentation are completed.
Employment Verification

Process and verify employment information requests from authorized external parties and internal stakeholders against official records.

Ensure privacy compliance and secure documentation, escalating sensitive or unusual requests to HR leadership as needed.
Government & Employment Compliance Reporting

Prepare and submit required government and regulatory reports, including CDC Reports of Employment, FWA notifications, and separation notices.

Validate employee data and maintain complete submission records to guarantee full regulatory compliance and deadline adherence.

Visa & Legal Requirements

Prepare and coordinate employment documentation for visa applications, renewals, and immigration requirements.

Assist with HR documentation and support responses for legal or regulatory inquiries as directed.
HRIS & Employee Database Management

Maintain and update accurate employee records and information changes in the HRIS with proper authorization.

Conduct routine data audits to resolve discrepancies and ensure reliable database management and privacy standards.
Document Control & Records Management

Organize, secure, and maintain physical and digital employee files, contracts, evaluations, and official HR documents.

Track document statuses and ensure compliance with confidentiality, data privacy, and record retention guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Legal Management, or any related field.
-
At least two (2) years of experience in Human Resources, preferably handling multiple HR functions within a BPO, outsourcing, shared services, or fast-paced work environment.

Experience in employee relations, disciplinary administration, performance management, benefits administration, employee documentation, and offboarding is preferred.

Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment standards, statutory benefits, and due process requirements.

Experience preparing government or regulatory employment reports and maintaining compliance documentation is an advantage.

Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, HMO, and other employee benefit processes.

Strong interpersonal and employee service skills.

Strong organizational, coordination, documentation, and administrative skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple employee cases, deadlines, and HR transactions simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Able to communicate sensitive or complex HR matters professionally and appropriately.

Demonstrates sound judgment, fairness, objectivity, and discretion when handling employee concerns.

Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Strong time management and task prioritization skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HR information systems, databases, and digital documentation tools.
