MEC International Manpower Resources Inc. is a land-based manpower agency that engages in the recruitment and placement of professionals, skilled, semi-skilled and household Filipino overseas workers, duly authorized and licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

MEC International Manpower Resources Inc. was incorporated by its management with the goal to provide Filipinos an opportunity for overseas employment considering the realities of limited employment opportunities in the Philippines.
