About the Company

Established in 1992, L.C. Manpower Expertise Corporation was organized to help provided direction and faster professionalism in manpower export industry. The establishment of LCMEC was conceived out of the desire of its founders who are respected names in the industry to accelerate the promotion of the government’s manpower export program and as a participative endorser in alleviating the flight of the Filipino Workers.

The founders of the company did not intend to compete with the rest of the players, but rather, become willing instrument for unification of the emerging industry.

Honed by more than fifteen years of expertise in the deployment of land-based professional service workers. LC Manpower Expertise Corporation has now evolved into a general manpower agency and is currently eyeing expansion activities in China (specifically, Shanghai and Beijing for English teachers), Korea, Malaysia, the Middle East, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA & STATE OF QATAR (for technical, engineers, medical staff and skilled workers) and USA/Canada/Europe (for health worker and caregivers.
