• Minimum 5 years as Chef / Chef De Partie / Executive Chef
• Has Certificate 4 in commercial cookery (advantage)
• Experience and proven track record of working in banquets and functions
• Experience working in high end establishments.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
Job Responsibilities:
Common tasks that you may have to perform include:
• Plan and execute preparations for functions/events in a structured way
• Able to communicate in a timely and clear manner
