POEA Job Position: Pastry Commis / Bakery Commis

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in HRM, Culinary Arts, or equivalent
• At least 2 year experience in handling kitchen tasks with expertise in cakes, pastries, cookies, and various desserts as well as strong skills in baking different breads;
• Ability to prepare food in a hygienic and timely manner;
• Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipmernt, and processes;
• With keen attention to details, good taste and smell in order to ensure the best quality for the finished product
• Assist with the cleaning, hygiene, and organization of kitchen, barge in coolers, and all storage areas
• Has the ability to work on variable occasion, including early mornings, evening and/or weekends.
