POEA Job Position: Plant Operator

Location: Australia

Qualifications:

• Male
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
• With at least 5 years experience of related experience

Job Description:

• Set up and operate the hay press to achieve the optimum operating conditions.
• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain plant and equipment to produce a quality product that meets the needs of our customers.
• Assist the maintenance supervisor plan weekly fixed & mobile plant maintenance.
• Ensure all operation or maintenance concerns noted on the plant production shift sheets are addressed and action is planned where necessary.
• Setup and manipulate analogue instrumentation & vsd operating parameters to optimize plant process control.
• Fault find / interpret plc, instrumentation and motor drive data to identify and resolve plant process optimization.
