POEA Job Position: Procurement Management

Location: South Korea

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Five (5) or More Years of Experience in Procurement Management
• Proficient user of MS office
• Fluent in English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interested applicants must possess at least 5 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT CONSTRUCTION (i.e. oil and Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical).
• Receipt and Review of Proposal Data; Checking of Procurement Budget; Checking of Long Lead Item & Key Equipment Preparation of Procurement Procedures
• Preparation of Vendor List; Management of MSR (Material Status Report); Review of EPC Contract; Review of Commercial Terms of Supply Contract
• Weekly Procurement Meeting Amendment of Supply Contract; Management of Shipping Status Report Vendor Pre-Qualification Expediting of Delivery and Manufacturing of Equipment
