POEA Job Position: Steel Structure Cost Engineer

Location: South Korea

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil or Architecture Engineering)
• 3 or more years of experience in Estimation and Quotations of Plant construction of Steel Structure
• Proficient user of MS Office; Fluent in English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interested applicants must possess at least 5 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT CONSTRUCTION (i.e. Oil and Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical)
• Analysis of Construction Plan; Feasibility of subcontractor’s construction schedule; Subcontractor’s Reasonal Direct & Indirect Cost in construction plan
• Comparison costs and Manpower, etc among subcontractors; Ability to compose/review the Documents in construction such as Method statement and/or procedures;
• Steel Fabrication & Fabricated Steel Material Management, Documentational Skills; Method/Procedures statement Analysis of construction plan
