Duties and Responsibilities:

• Investigating support issues in sequence and in a detailed fashion
• Performing administrative duties such as e-mail management and documentation
• Delivering clear explanations on performing both sinmple and complex tasks
• Supporting multiple versions of software and operating systems
• Ticketing end-user interactions according to the company’s policy and process;
