How AI helps BPO agents learn new skills faster

After a skills check, AI builds each agent a learning plan made for their gaps. A training lead still reviews it, so every agent gets the right coaching sooner.

After a skills check, a training coordinator has a lot to do. They score each agent skill by skill, build a learning plan for each one, chase the training lead's sign-off, and book the first sessions. For one pod of 8 agents, that can take about 3 hours.

Sample data. Numbers are AgentConnect estimates.

In this video, AgentConnect by LYRIQ reads the skills check and builds a plan for each agent. When an agent scores under 50, it stops and waits for the training lead to approve. Then it emails the lead, books the first module, and logs everyone's progress.

The result: about 1.8 minutes of work instead of 184, plus one sign-off from a person. For agents, that means coaching that fits their own gaps, sooner.
